These terms and conditions govern your use of my website. Please read these terms in full before you use my website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use my website. Your continued use of my website confirms your acceptance of these terms and my privacy policy and cookie policy. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

Terms

The terms 'I', 'me' and 'my' refer to Alexandra White trading as Alexandra White Silver Jewellery. The terms 'you' and 'your' refer to the user of this website. The term ‘pieces’ refers to the products for sale on this website.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

  1. When you place an order you will receive a New Order Confirmed notification email sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours please contact me quoting your order number, and I will resend it.

  2. Once your order has been dispatched I will send you an Order Dispatched notification email. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receipt of your Order Dispatched notification email please contact me quoting your order number, and I will investigate further.

  3. Pieces in stock will be sent out within 2-3 working days. Items made to order should be delivered within 28 days of order. If an item is not in stock or there is a delay, I will notify you via email in the first instance.

  4. All pieces to the UK are sent by Royal Mail Signed For® and postage is free of charge. I accept no liability for when Royal Mail fails to deliver but will do my best to trace all parcels if necessary.

  5. If you place an order from outside the UK and you select the wrong shipping option, your order will be cancelled.

  6. Pieces may be returned for a full refund within 3 working days of receipt, unworn and as new in the original packaging. A suitable alternative or alteration will be offered at this time but, if this is not suitable, I will give you a refund. After these 3 working days has lapsed, a credit note for the value of the piece, but not postage, will be given. Pieces made specifically to commission cannot be returned for refund due to their individual nature but I will endeavour to ensure that the piece fits correctly.

  7. When a waitlist piece is back in stock, it may still need to be made to order and could take up to 28 days.

  8. I accept no liability for the loss of pieces during the hallmarking process.

Ring Sizes

  1. Ring sizes are offered in UK standard sizes K-Z, except for my men's rings which are offered in R-Z.

  2. Please ensure that you supply the correct size that you require by following the instructions on my FAQs page, as there will be a nominal fee charged for resizing to cover my time, equipment and postage if you order the wrong size. This is particularly important as some of my rings are much wider than average, in which case a size increase will be necessary.

Customer Accounts:

  1. If you chose to create a customer account you will receive a Welcome notification email sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please contact me, and I will resent it.

  2. If you forget your password, click Forgotten Password and enter your email address. You will receive a Reset Password email notification that will allow you reset your password.

    1. If you no longer have access to the email account used to create your customer account, you will need to create a new account.

  3. You can add multiple payment methods to your customer account. For privacy I will only be see the last four digits of your card. See my privacy policy for more information.

  4. It is not possible to save your PayPal account as a payment method.
